Shower Trim & Handle - Use With PBV1005AS
Handle Operation - The volume and temperature of water is controlled by the single handle. Lift the handle to control the volume and as the handle is moved between left and right, the temperature changes. Move it right for cold and left for hot water.Cut Out Dimensions - The cut out in wall should be 4.60” x 4.76” Inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall.Trims - The trim set for PBV1005AS consists of a trim plate and handle knob. The trim plate has markings for HOT/COLD. An extension kit can be ordered separately in case the handles need to be extended for proper fit. Any trim ending in *2200 or *2201 can be used with this valve. Shower Trim With Pressure Balance Valve
The PBV1005AS – Pressure Balance shower valve has a ½” NPT male connection. It is single control valve with two inputs for hot/cold water and one output. The bottom output comes does not come and can be used with a diverting tub-spout. Trim For Volume Control
TO BE USED WITH THE TVH.4511 OR TVH.4371 VALVEHandle Operation – The handle of the *4511 trim set is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow.Valve Installation – This trim is paired with the TVH.4511 or the TVH.4371 valve. As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. 3/4" Volume Control & Trim
The TVH.4511 is a 3/4" NPT female connection volume control valve with single output.Handle Operation – The handle is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow. This valve does not provide any temperature regulation.Valve Installation – As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate.
