1. When will my items be shipped?

• Most in-stock Bath + Design items ship within 1–3 business days.

• Larger items such as bathtubs, vanities, and sinks may require additional handling time before shipment.

• Delivery times may vary based on product size, carrier schedules, and your delivery location.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Larger bathroom fixtures may require freight delivery. Final shipping costs will appear after you enter your address.

3. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your address and the carrier handling your delivery.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • For high-value or large items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves before gifting it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
