Shower Slide Bar With Integrated Wall Elbow
Flusso slide bars are constructed of solid brass for long lasting durability. The hand shower holder is universal and can accommodate any hose / hand held from the Flusso product line and most other manufacturers.The hand shower holder has a swivel function to tilt the hand shower up to 20 degrees. The holder also adjustable and can slide up and down and rotate 360 degrees around the bar.This slide bar comes with an integrated wall supply elbow offering a versatile and clean bathroom design.Installation is easy with a simple screw-on mechanism with sliding flange. Each elbow / slide bar combination contains a back flow prevention check valve as required by most plumbing codes and comes with a NPT 1/2" connector. Trim For Volume Control
TO BE USED WITH THE TVH.4511 OR TVH.4371 VALVEHandle Operation – The handle of the *4511 trim set is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow.Valve Installation – This trim is paired with the TVH.4511 or the TVH.4371 valve. As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. The TVH.4511 is a 3/4" NPT female connection volume control valve with single output.Handle Operation – The handle is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow. This valve does not provide any temperature regulation.Valve Installation – As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. 3/4 Thermostatic Valve & Trim - With 2-Way Diverter - 2 Output
The TVH.4420F Thermostatic valve features 3/4" female NPT connections and has 2 water output ports. This product meets CAL-Green Compliance. The bottom handle sets the temperature, and the top handle diverts water flow between the two output ports.Supply Stops - There are two safety stops at each water inlet to stop water flow in case of installation and repairs.Handle Operation - The bottom handle is used to control the temperature of water flowing through the outlet. The top handle can control the volume of water from full flow to a trickle as the handle is turned from OFF to ON position.As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the finished tile which should be between 2.77” and 3.44” inches [Rough In Spec]. Also, the value must be installed straight and not at an angle or upside down. In case, the tile is thicker, or valve is installed in the wall is too deep, extension kits are available and can be used for elongating both handles of the valve.Cut Out Dimensions - The cut out in wall should be 6.49 X 4.44 Inches and no more – this will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut-out hole in the wall.Trims - The trims comprise of a well finished cover plate and handle knobs. Over the temperature control knob, is an anti-scald temperature stop ring which is a safety feature in this thermostatic value. With the help of this ring, temperature of the water is regulated. Covering this ring is the temperature handle knob which has a push button on the side. To adjust the water temperature, one needs to press this button and move the handle to hot or cold direction. Without pressing it, the user will not be able to rotate the handle to the full HOT position – as an anti-scald prevention mechanism. The anti-scald temperature stop ring should be fitted tightly over the valve (tapping using a ruSBer mallet might be required) for it to function properly.Depending upon the shower model, trims can be of different shape and size, varying from square to circular shower handles.Cartridge – The TVH.4420F valve can be used with two cartridges. The default cartridge that the valve comes with is the Model # 15109 cartridge which is a 2 output non-shared [CAL-Green Compliant] cartridge.
