The TVH.4511 is a 3/4" NPT female connection volume control valve with single output.Handle Operation – The handle is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow. This valve does not provide any temperature regulation.Valve Installation – As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall.Trims – The trims comprise of well finished trim plate and volume control handle knob. The trim plate is used to cover the wall and has markings for ON/OFF for water flow. Any *4511 series trim can be used with this valve. Covering this ring is the handle knob which has a push button on the side. To adjust the water temperature, one needs to press this button and move the handle to hot or cold direction. 3/4" Thermostatic Valve With Trim
The TVH.4201 is a ¾” Thermostatic valve with NPT female connections. It has two inlets with integral stop kits and single output. The valve has a flow rate of 13.0 GPM @ 60 PSI. The TVH.4201 does not have water turn off capability and thus must be used with a volume control or diverter valve.Supply Stops - There are two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow in case of installation and repairs.Handle Operation - The handle is used to control temperature of water flowing through the outlet.
