3/4" Volume Control & Trim
The TVH.4511 is a 3/4" NPT female connection volume control valve with single output.Handle Operation – The handle is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow. This valve does not provide any temperature regulation.Valve Installation – As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall.Trims – The trims comprise of well finished trim plate and volume control handle knob. The trim plate is used to cover the wall and has markings for ON/OFF for water flow. Any *4511 series trim can be used with this valve. Depending upon the shower model, trims can be of different shape and size, varying from square to circular shower handles. 3/4" Thermostatic Valve With Trim - 3 Output
The TVH.4501 Thermostatic valve features 3/4" NPT connections and has 3 water outputs [ports], two of which are operable simultaneously, i.e. both at the same time, or one at a time.SUPPLY STOPS – There are two safety stops at each water inlet to prevent water flow in case of installation and repairs.HANDLE OPERATION – The middle handle sets the temperature. The top handle controls output port 1 and 2 and the bottom handle controls output port 3. Each port has full volume control capability and can be activated at the same time. Output ports 1 and 2 cannot operate simultaneously. Output ports 1 & 3 can operate simultaneously and also Output ports 2 & 3 can operate simultaneously.ANTI-SCALD RING – Over the temperature control knob, is an anti-scald temperature stop ring which is a safety feature in this thermostatic value. With the help of this ring, the temperature of the water is regulated. Covering this ring is the handle knob which has a push-button on the side. To adjust the water temperature, one needs to press this button and move the handle to a hot or cold direction. Without pressing it, the user will not be able to rotate the handle to the full hot position, as an anti-scald prevention mechanism. The TVH.4420F Thermostatic valve features 3/4" female NPT connections and has 2 water output ports. This product meets CAL-Green Compliance. The bottom handle sets the temperature, and the top handle diverts water flow between the two output ports.Supply Stops - There are two safety stops at each water inlet to stop water flow in case of installation and repairs.Handle Operation - The bottom handle is used to control the temperature of water flowing through the outlet. Shower Trim & Handle - Use With PBV1005AS

The PBV1005AS – Pressure Balance shower valve has a ½” NPT male connection. It is single control valve with two inputs for hot/cold water and one output. The bottom output comes capped and can be used with a diverting tub-spout.
