Trim For Wall Mount Tub Filler With Hand Shower
Flusso’s 2691 trims sets allow for simultaneous operation between the spout and hand held and are used for tub fill application. This product is to be paired with the TVH.2691 valve.HANDLE OPERATION – The middle handle is used to control the temperature of water flowing through the outlet. The left handle controls the volume of water from full flow to a trickle for the output port 1. The right handle controls the volume of water from full flow to a trickle for the output port 2.ANTI-SCALD RING – Over the temperature control knob, is an anti-scald temperature stop ring which is a safety feature in this thermostatic value. With the help of this ring, the temperature of the water is regulated. Covering this ring is the handle knob which has a push-button on the side. To adjust the water temperature, one needs to press this button and move the handle to a hot or cold direction. Without pressing it, the user will not be able to rotate the handle to the full hot position, as an anti-scald prevention mechanism. The anti-scald temperature stop ring should be fitted tightly over the valve (tapping using a rubber mallet might be required) for it to function properly.CUT OUT DIMENSIONS – The cut out in the wall should be 16.41” X 1.85” which is properly covered by the trim plate. This will ensure that the trim plate will cover the cut out hole in the wall.TRIMS – The trims comprise of a well-finished cover plate and handle knobs. The trim plate is used to cover the wall. Wall Mount Tub Filler With Hand Shower
The TVH.2691 Thermostatic valve features ¾” NPT female connections and has 2 water outputs [ports] (one for the tub spout and one for the handheld). Both water outputs are operable simultaneously, i.e both at the same time, or one at a time. The middle handle sets the temperature. The left handle controls output port 1 and the right handle controls output port 2. Each port has full volume control capability. Two Handle Wall Mounted Tub Filler
This product is a 1/2” NPT connection valve and trim combo with two volume control handles separately for hot and cold water with single mixed output.Handle Operation – The volume and temperature of the water are controlled by the two handles, HOT and COLD.Valve Installation – As the valve [Part # WLM.1900] is installed, care should be taken to maintain a proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of the finished tile which should be between 2.39” and 3.09”. Also, the valve must be installed horizontally and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure the proper setting of the trim. Extension kits can be ordered separately in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, or other special finishes.Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 3 holes, 1.3 inches in diameter which will properly be covered by the trim plates.
