Handle Operation – The handle of the *4511 trim set is used to control volume of water flowing through the valve. It can be used to set the water to a trickle all the way to full volume flow.Valve Installation – This trim is paired with the TVH.4511 or the TVH.4371 valve. As the valve is installed, care should be taken to maintain proper distance from the back of the valve to the surface of finished tile which should be between 2.77″ and 3.44″. Also, the valve must be installed vertical and not at an angle. In case, a tile is thicker, or wall is deep, extensions are used for elongating both handles of the valve to ensure proper setting of the trim (length of extensions for TVH.4511 valve is 1.40″ inches).Cut Out Dimensions – The cut out in wall should be 1.65″ X 1.65″ inches which is properly covered by the trim plate. Trim For Wall Mount Tub Filler With Hand Shower
Flusso’s 2691 trims sets allow for simultaneous operation between the spout and hand held and are used for tub fill application. This product is to be paired with the TVH.2691 valve.HANDLE OPERATION – The middle handle is used to control the temperature of water flowing through the outlet. The left handle controls the volume of water from full flow to a trickle for the output port 1. The right handle controls the volume of water from full flow to a trickle for the output port 2.ANTI-SCALD RING – Over the temperature control knob, is an anti-scald temperature stop ring which is a safety feature in this thermostatic value. With the help of this ring, the temperature of the water is regulated. Covering this ring is the handle knob which has a push-button on the side. To adjust the water temperature, one needs to press this button and move the handle to a hot or cold direction. Without pressing it, the user will not be able to rotate the handle to the full hot position, as an anti-scald prevention mechanism. The anti-scald temperature stop ring should be fitted tightly over the valve (tapping using a rubber mallet might be required) for it to function properly.CUT OUT DIMENSIONS – The cut out in the wall should be 16.41” X 1.85” which is properly covered by the trim plate.
